Salary: $85.00 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a AI & Data Integration Architect (SAP) to work remotely with monthly travel to Rosemead, CA.


As an AI & Data Integration Architect, you will collaborate in enhancing AI and analytics capabilities within their SAP S4 Hana ERP system. This role involves designing and implementing a sustainable data lake that connects multiple pre-systems to SAP, ensuring seamless data harmonization and enhanced business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI Enablement, SAP ecosystems, and foundational data needs within programs. This role requires a deep understanding of AI tools, SAP, AWS, and Azure. The candidate should be capable of guiding the selection and implementation of AI Enablement tools and have a strong background in working with AI technologies.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• ERP & Data Integration
  
  
  • Analyze the client's SAP ERP ecosystem (Finance Controlling, Project Systems, and other modules).
  
  
  • Identify challenges in data harmonization and design a single source of truth for business data.
  
  
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines to connect pre-systems with SAP.
  
  


• AI & Analytics Development
  
  


• Implement AI-driven analytics solutions to enhance business intelligence.
  
  
  • Support generative AI adoption for decision-making and process automation within SAP modules.
  
  


• Ensure seamless compatibility between Azure Cloud and on-premises business environments.
  
  


• Technical Implementation & Roadmap Support
  
  
  • Align AI & data strategies with the ongoing SAP HANA 4 migration roadmap (2024-2026).
  
  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data sources, volume estimates, and governance frameworks.
  
  


• Project Documentation & Reporting
  
  
  • Prepare detailed proposals outlining resource needs, project scope, and deliverables.
  
  
  • Support the discovery phase by ensuring a well-structured implementation roadmap by mid-May.
  
  


• On-Site Business Process Understanding
  
  
  • Work closely with the client's teams on-site to assess business workflows and integration needs.
  
  
  • Provide hands-on guidance on data governance, ETL processes, and SAP data architecture.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  
  
  ✔ 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP systems (Finance Controlling, Project Systems, HANA).
  
  
  ✔ Expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and data lakes.
  
  
  ✔ Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud hosting & hybrid SAP environments.
  
  
  ✔ Experience with AI & machine learning applications in ERP systems.
  
  
  ✔ Deep understanding of data harmonization, governance, and BI tools.
  
  
  ✔ Ability to work on-site with business teams to analyze data workflows.
  
  
  ✔ Excellent communication and project management skills.
  
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  
  ⭐ Experience with SAP HANA 4 migrations.
  
  
  ⭐ Familiarity with generative AI for business intelligence.
  
  
  ⭐ Background in cloud-to-on-prem integration strategies.
  
  
  ⭐ Proficiency with AWS and Azure, with a strong internal presence in Azure.
