Essential Function:
Assists the Bursar's Office by performing duties such as filing, answering phones, copying, applying payments to student accounts, replying to emails and other duties as assigned. This role includes working at the front counter to assist students with questions related to their student account.
Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Strong organizational, technical, and computer skills (Excel and Word).
3. Excellent customer service orientation.
4. Being able to work independently, as well as collaboratively as a contributing team player.
5. Dependable and reliable.
6. Detailed oriented, strong analytical thinking skills, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Opening mail - Reviewing invoices and statements from students.
2. Assisting students, other departments, and community members with questions and concerns.
3. Responding to department email.
4. Advising students and parents on payment options and applying payments to student accounts.
5. Assisting with collections reporting.
6. Answering incoming phone calls.
7. Other duties as assigned.

1. Rate of pay of $17.00 per hour; maximum 28 hours per week.
2. Official transcripts required prior to employment (if applicable).
3. Recommended hire will be subject to pre-employment screenings.
