Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects within our data center facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mission-critical electrical construction projects, ensuring that they meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion within the data center environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, and operations to ensure project success.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with NEC and industry standards.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems including medium voltage and electrical controls.
Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
Strong understanding of NEC codes and standards as they apply to data centers and mission-critical facilities.
Experience with medium voltage systems and electrical controls.
Proven track record of successfully managing commissioning processes in a data center environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
