Role Title: Project Coordinator/ Marketing Assistant
Work location: Hybrid in St. Louis Park, MN
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively across various departments.
Navigate multiple client systems to upload specifications, graphics, etc.
Focus primarily on the private label segment.
Receive extensive training and guidance as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform daily administrative tasks to support the private label and frozen division.
Provide project-specific administrative management for these divisions.
Assist in producing marketing materials and collateral.
Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
Help organize and coordinate marketing events or product shipments for conferences and trade shows; attend as needed.
Work closely with retailers and customers to update, manage, and set up new or modified products.
Manage multiple retailer platforms to input and update marketing specifications.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
Up to one year of experience in a support or administrative role in an office or marketing environment.
Certification and/or license may be required during employment.
