Location: Dal-Tile Dallas Corporate Office - In-Person Internship - May 19th - August 15th




Dal-Tile is currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals for our Summer Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative projects in the tile manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:

• 
  New Hire Orientation - Assist in conducting new hire orientations, ensuring employees are informed about company policies, benefits, and expectations.
  
  
• 
  Candidate Screening - Help screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the candidate selection process.
  
  
• 
  Overtime Reports Review - Review and track overtime reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  
  
• 
  Provide general HR support as needed, assisting with various administrative tasks related to employee relations, payroll, and benefits.
  
  
• 
  Assist with other HR projects to support manufacturing operations and team goals.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
  
• 
  Currently a Junior or Senior in college
