The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a full-time Server Assistant to join their Food & Beverage team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role will be supporting Homespun !

The ideal candidate will be a team player with 1-2 years of food and beverage experience, a strong knowledge of elevated service standards, and a commitment to sanitation and cleanliness. A background in hotels, luxury service, and experience in high-volume environments are preferred.

This position is primarily responsible for clearing and resetting tables, setting up and maintaining the buffet, handling buffet breakdown, restocking server stations, and ensuring proper food handling

Shift Pattern: Full-time/ Typical start time is 6:00 AM, with end times at either 12:30 PM or 2:30 PM/ Full availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required

Pay Rate:$12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
