A leading producer in the clean energy sector is seeking a hands-on and dynamic Engineering Manager to spearhead asset optimization, reliability strategy, and mechanical integrity (MI) program development at a state-of-the-art facility in Nederland, TX. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Reliability Leadership - Develop and drive an effective asset integrity and reliability strategy for the site.
Mechanical Integrity - Lead the implementation of a comprehensive MI program in a PSM-governed environment.
Hands-On Leadership - Be actively engaged in on-site plant operations, overseeing static equipment, rotating machinery, electrical systems, and QA/QC programs.
Continuous Improvement - Enhance safety, energy efficiency, and plant productivity through strategic initiatives.
Team Management - Lead a high-performing engineering team, ensuring industry best practices and alignment with operational goals.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 10+ years in engineering management within the chemical, refining, or similar heavy industries.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Chemical or related fields will be considered).
Expertise: Strong background in static equipment, rotating machinery, and MI compliance.
Leadership Style: A practical, hands-on leader .
Preferred Background: Experience from companies with strong MI programs .
