Job Description:

The Heart of the Valley Y is also hiring another Aquatics Specialist. Specialists enjoy being hands-on and working closely with their team & Y members. As a Specialist, you'll be introduced to the various leadership skills, such as training, program development and staffing. Teach and share your love of aquatics with participants of all ages & abilities. Supervise aquatics instructors, including training and ongoing education. Provide additional support to the Aquatics Director & Coordinator.

This is a full-time position with a strong career path into the YMCA, ideal for those with previous pool, swim &/or aquatics experience.
