Job Title: Sales Program Coordinator
Job Description:
The objective of this role is to support the sales team and customers through order tracking and cross-functional coordination to ensure a streamlined process up to the start of production. This role will also be critical to improving and maximizing sales tools to improve the sales process efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
Support cross-functional meetings to be the voice of the sales department regarding open orders.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) with customers and industry partners.
Support sales managers with entry of customer orders, processing sales order changes, and follow-through to ensure accuracy of information entered.
Work closely with sales managers to ensure all supportive documentation is included and accurate.
Collaborate with Chassis OEMs to obtain chassis information for sales and engineering teams.
Manage Salesforce projects to continue to improve the tool for sales needs.
Lead special projects within the sales department that are identified to bring overall value and efficiency to sales processes.
Work with Continuous Improvement team to support the Sales Department in Kaizen events.
Generate production reports for customers.
Handle requests and work internally to find answers for our customers.
Processing invoices and mailing documentation to customers.
Populate build sheets for customers by combining information from multiple sources.
Adheres to safety policies and practices strong safety habits 100% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication skills to participate in cross-functional dialog at every level of both the Morgan Olson and customer organizations.
Strong Microsoft office skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Previous ERP system knowledge preferred. JDE/AS400 experience preferred.
Previous CRM experience preferred.
Creative, hands-on problem solver that brings new ideas to the table.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Responsive with ability to follow-up with customers promptly.

Ability to quickly prioritize and complete tasks in a high paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (College Degree Preferred) with previous experience in team environment.

The candidate will be highly organized with the ability to perform with minimal direction/supervision.
