Position: Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily support our billing department by entering customer data, processing invoices and sales orders, and handling general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update sales orders, invoices, and customer data in QuickBooks (QB)
Maintain and organize digital and physical files
Send correspondence and invoices to customers via email
Assist in retrieving and verifying necessary customer information
Perform general office duties, including filing and administrative support
Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data processing

Qualifications:

Some experience with QuickBooks a plus, will train
Typing skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Basic report preparation and data organization skills
Fluent English
