Position Overview



Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Analyst I, Investments to join a dynamic team onsite in Orange County, California. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the operations of a leading automotive parts supplier . The role demands fluency in Korean to aid in translations of project proposals, alongside a keen analytical eye for investment opportunities. Salary Range: $22.72 - $33.52 per hour



Responsibilities




Procurement

• Complete and translate full business cases for Capital Investment under the direction of Management and Coordinators.


• Present capital investment business cases to Senior Managers.


• Submit RFQs to suppliers for bidding processes and oversee the award process.


• Manage Supply inventory, purchasing costs, and vendor selection for cost-effectiveness.


• Negotiate and contract services and materials, manage supplier relationships, and track direct costs associated with accessory parts.

Budget Control and Invoice Management

• Review, approve, and track project budgets and expenditures.


• Control budget variances and ensure timely processing of invoices.


• Reconcile invoices, identify discrepancies, and create expense reports.

Project Management

• Manage individual-led projects, set timeframes, and analyze risks and opportunities.


• Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.


• Monitor project progress and collaborate with Project Managers on team-led projects.

On Time Launch

• Supervise vendor activities to ensure timely delivery of materials for project completion.


• Oversee project deadlines and support staff in purchase order processing.

Network Support

• Analyze equipment requirements and collate Capital Expenditure requests.


• Monitor supplier performance based on cost, quality, and delivery criteria.

Other Duties

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing department.


• Review project proposals and suggest improvements to purchasing systems.


• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
