Job Summary:

The Senior HR Partner will be responsible for deeply understanding business priorities and proactively implementing people strategies to achieve them. This role will closely collaborate with People Operations and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide strategic influence and vision to leadership (Directors and above) within assigned business units, fostering a safe and productive environment. Utilizing evidence-based insights and our Employee Value Proposition, the focus will be on retaining and developing team members while driving business results. The ideal candidate will adeptly balance competing priorities, solve problems, and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic HR Implementation: Contribute to and execute HR strategies to support the organization's vision over a 1-2 year horizon.


  • HR Utilization: Develop and implement plans to optimize HR effectiveness.


  • Team Member Influence: Promote key safety and HR principles and influence team member behavior.


  • Risk Management: Identify and address risk patterns in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) using available resources.


  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID) initiatives.


  • Feedback Networks: Build networks to gather feedback for corrective action in adverse business conditions.


  • Behavioral Analysis: Identify and strategize to eliminate patterns leading to team member dissatisfaction.


  • Leadership Coaching: Support leadership development and decision-making to enhance performance and productivity.


  • Onboarding and Orientation: Collaborate with COEs and People Operations to design onboarding and orientation experiences for new team members.


  • Workforce Strategy: Partner with leaders to shape long-term workforce strategy and collaborate with COEs and People Operations for planning and execution.


  • Grievance Management: Manage grievances and work closely with the Labor Relations COE to address potential contract violations.


  • Talent Evaluation: Lead and oversee talent evaluation and development.


  • Analytics Collaboration: Work with Workforce Analytics to ensure people strategies are driven by deep analytics and insights.


  • Program Monitoring: Monitor the success of programs and policies against ROI targets and adjust as needed.


  • Innovative Program Design: Collaborate with HR COEs to design and implement innovative programs that address future workforce needs.


  • Process Improvement: Support EVP and talent enablement process improvements by prioritizing opportunities and suggesting solutions.


  • Process Excellence: Analyze industry trends, insights, and technologies to drive process excellence and worker engagement.


  • Innovation and Capability Enhancement: Drive innovation and collaborate with HR peers to sustain and enhance organizational capability.


Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of higher education.


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.


  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard computer applications with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to adapt communication style to various organizational levels.


  • Special Skills: Extensive knowledge in HR strategy execution, process improvement, integration of technology, and workforce shaping. Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.


  • Supervisory Responsibilities: None.


  • Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel.
