Position Summary
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems and developing new HCM processes, using the Dayforce platform. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance, including system configuration. Additionally, this role will coordinate workflows and process improvements among the various HR disciplines and departments, serving as a project manager. The ideal candidate will be adept at using the Dayforce platform to support various HR functions, have experience supporting HR, have advanced computer skills, and have knowledge of payroll and benefit policies and procedures..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

System Administration: Manage, maintain, and configure the Dayforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system security, for optimal performance.
Training: Develop and deliver training sessions and written instructions for HR staff and employees on the use of HR systems and tools.
Compliance: Ensure HR systems and processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Reporting: Work closely with Data Analytics Specialist to create and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR systems.
UAT: Ensure the end-user experience is commiserate with the intended functionality; write end-user instructions and develop UAT Testing Requirements that include the day-to-day functions of the company.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with stakeholders from various departments.
Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and reporting within the HR systems.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes through system enhancements and automation.
HR Support: Provide support to HR team members and employees on HR system-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. Provide guidance and oversight of company-wide processes, such as open enrollment, performance review, salary increases, reporting, payroll efficiencies, etc.
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Systems Administrator or related field.
Proficiency in using the Dayforce platform, including system configuration, data management, and reporting.
Dayforce HCM Advanced or Expert certification preferred
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Proficiency in using a modern HRIS/HCM platform (such as Workday, Dayforce, ADP, or UKG), including configuration, data management, and reporting functionality.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Basic understanding of SQL to understand and configure Dayforce HCM (preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a professional manner.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
