Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative marketing strategies and collaborate with diverse teams to drive impactful communication initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end messaging strategy, creative, and content plans aligned with global marketing priorities.
• Lead content development and execution focused on demand generation.
• Manage promotional activities, tradeshows, and events to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with agency and vendor partners while managing budgets effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to implement program tactics.
• Understand target audience personas and customer journeys to inform content strategies.
• Leverage content performance metrics to optimize communication tactics.
• Ensure all content meets corporate branding standards and requirements.

Skills

• Seven (7) years of experience in global demand generation marketing programs.
• Three (3) years of project management experience with a focus on collaboration and diplomacy.
• Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and persuasive communication abilities.
• Self-starter with a proactive and agile mindset, capable of managing ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Medical/Healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Background in executing communication plans within regulated environments.
• Proficiency in creating measurable marketing communication plans that align with business strategies.
• B2B/B2C marketing experience is a plus.
