What You’ll Do


  • Overseeing the day-to day operations of two regional teams, ensuring smooth execution of processes, optimizing efficiency, and achieving strategic goals by managing staff, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Implement and maintain operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Promote open lines of communication and engage staff. Ensuring goals are in line with overall Department goals, realistic, clear, and measurable.

  • Prepare and analyze various reports for the department and management. Continue to provide accurate and detailed tracking to identify areas for improvement

  • Overseeing the resolution of complex and critical operational items that arise acting as the primary point of contact for escalated matters and implement effective solutions while maintaining stakeholder communication and ensuring timely resolution. 

  • Efficiently and effectively develop, deploy, allocate, and manage resources as needed. Have an understanding of the functions and interrelationships of each team in order to set workplace goals that will make each team more productive and helpful to the rest of the department.

  • Monitor all roles within the dept. to ensure proper duties reside with the correct individuals and ensure proper handling is being managed.

    

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience  


  • 5-7 years industry experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Advanced Computer Skills

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience
