As a HR Business Partner, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Deploy a proactive communication strategy, including monthly 1:1 meetings with managers, daily management participation, and town hall meetings.
Provide training and communication to support organizational change initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies for building a robust talent pipeline.
Prepare job descriptions and goal-setting frameworks.
Collaborate with the recruiting team and participate in recruiting events.
Lead employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans.
Report on engagement initiatives during monthly business reviews.
Maintain employee data within the global HRIS system.
Manage the compensation process in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct organizational reviews and develop succession plans.
Support recruitment processes by interviewing finalists.
Enhance the onboarding process for new hires.
Collaborate with managers to implement effective performance management processes, including regular reviews and feedback.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
Support leadership development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Administer benefits and payroll.
Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring trends).
Provide data-driven insights to support business goals.
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Manufacturing HR Experience: 5+ years, with a focus on growth.
HR Certification: PHR preferred.
HRBP Experience: Proven success in a manufacturing environment.
HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of best practices and employment law.
Change Management: Expertise in leading organizational change.
Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Data Analysis: Ability to use HR data for strategic decisions.
Talent Development: Experience with employee engagement and development programs.
Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
Proactive Approach: Solution-oriented and proactive.
Manufacturing Floor Presence: Ability to engage with all levels of staff on the manufacturing floor.
Travel: Ability to travel to company sites.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/year.
