Job Description:

A boutique law firm in Miami seeks a Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal to jon their team. This is an in office role and firm is located in South Miami.



Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work with lawyers to prepare for trial, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings


• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence under the guidance of a lawyer


• Take care of administrative tasks such as e-fiing, calendaring and scheduling


• Transcibing attorney dictation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or family law litigation


• Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills


• Bilingual, preferred but not required


• Typing skills
