Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings (AMCH) operates multiple consumer product businesses via a significant Direct Mail Marketing Channel. The Direct Mail Marketing Manager is responsible for consistent management of Direct Mail and collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to maintain and grow revenue streams. This position is responsible for making data-driven decisions for campaigns that will ultimately maximize the company's profit.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management and Recommendations: Develop mail plan recommendations and manage Direct Mail and print promotional calendars to ensure consistent execution and growth in revenue and GPT (gross profit total)
List Optimization: Optimize customer lists through segmentation, targeting and testing to optimize campaign performance and lifetime value
Testing and Results Analysis: Design and implement test schedules to ensure the best performance of each campaign and maximize profit. Analyze the test results to refine and enhance future campaigns
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Direct Mail Marketing and Management with a laser focus on data-driven decision-making
Strong analytical skills to interpret key indicators and datasets, proficient in marketing analytics tools
Experience testing offers, prices, and products in a Direct Mail and print environment
Experience optimizing customer lists
Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and meet deadlines
