Initiate and complete projects related to improving capacity, reducing off specification product, and eliminating downtime.
Support design and development of new processes.
Investigate and troubleshoot plant and equipment issues as they arise.
Provides thorough instruction for successful implementation of process changes.
Participate on EHS leadership team and lead by example by conforming to requirements and driving continuous improvement within the plant.
Maintain all records and procedures in designated areas to comply with ISO 9000 standards.
Continue personal development by visiting customers to better understand the use of our products as well as continuing education in management\engineering.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, and team player.
Minimum 5 years experience within the chemical manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with the full stack of process control components and programming. Experience in creating process control systems and setting standards for maintenance and implementing enhancements.
Good time management, organizational, problem solving, project management and decision making skills.
