A pharmaceutical company in New Jersey is currently seeking a new a Procure to Pay Project Coordinator to join their growing team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Support team leads as needed daily with calendar support, meeting scheduling, meeting notes and coordination of team meetings, team hosted trainings and team activities
Support ad hoc requests for reporting and analytics from Power BI team dashboards for PtP, T&E and Service Now
Assist with the collection and preparation of monthly metrics for senior leadership. As needed, assist or oversee internal project tasks and deliverables
Assist team leads with weekly or monthly reporting preparation
Support any month, quarter, and year-end close process deliverables as they relate to PtP activities
Follow up with vendors to resolve procurement, tax or accounting issues that have been identified by team members for resolution through analytics and reporting
Follow up internally and with vendors as needed to support master data clean-up activities and documentation requirements
Build and maintains positive internal and external relationships while researching and resolving issues
Perform other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management.
Qualifications:
2+ years of current, related Procure-to-Pay experience,
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team members
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in the Biotech and/or Pharma industry
Proficiency with Visio & Power BI
Experience working in a small, but fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
