Job Description:

Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is a global provider of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) services and solutions across multiple industries. We are seeking an entry-level Sustainability Professional to join our growing Sustainability Corporate Reporting and Disclosure (CRD) team.


As an entry-level Sustainability Professional within our Corporate Reporting and Disclosure (CRD) team, you will support essential tasks that include but are not limited to research; data entry, management, and analyses; report drafting according to sustainability frameworks, standards, and/or best practices; and a variety of client interactions such as emails, meetings, and interviews.



Where will I work?



This position can be remote, however if an Antea Group office is located within close proximity, a flexible work model will be expected. If there is a hybrid work environment, it is expected that this position report to the office periodically and/or as requested for in-person meetings, mentorship, and collaboration with other team members.


This is a full-time position with less than 10% travel anticipated. The preferred candidate must be located in the continental US.



Essential Functions included but are not limited to:



  • Conduct benchmark and gap analysis for our clients to understand their current state and readiness for compliance with voluntary and mandatory disclosure standards or frameworks.

  • Collect, analyze, and manage client data from various sources to generate and inform reporting narrative.

  • Support the development of comprehensive sustainability reports, presentations, and other communication materials for clients.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of final products within the assigned budget.




Education and Training

  • BS in Environmental Science, Environmental Communications, Sustainability, Sustainable Business, Law, or a related field.

  • 0-3 Years of applicable experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis




Desired Experience



  • Experience that demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.

  • Awareness of reporting frameworks such as Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

  • Familiarity with third-party reporting platforms such as EcoVadis, CDP, and other sustainability rater/ranker systems and tools.

  • Experience in data management and sustainability, corporate, or legal reporting are preferred.

  • Knowledge of sustainability-related laws and regulations is a significant advantage.

  • Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law), and baseline physical (safety-sensitive roles). They must also have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment - Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following:

  • Sedentary to light work (typical office or administrative work)

  • Frequently required to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time

  • Occasional lifting and carrying of low (under 25lbs) to moderate (25-49lbs) weight objects

  • Repetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (including reaching)

  • Subject to inside environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change)

  • Operation of a motor vehicle




COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS


The hourly salary range for this position is $25.25-$29.00. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant's job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
