Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is an international meat process and they are current searching for a production Supervisor for their night shift. They are searching for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor for our night shift.

What You'll Do:




• Oversee and manage production activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  
  


• Lead a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
  
  


• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet quality and productivity targets.
  
  


• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  
  


What We're Looking For:




• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food processing industry, preferably meat processing.
  
  


• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
  


• Ability to work the swing shift schedule with flexibility and reliability.
  
  


• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  
  


• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
