Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service scheduling.
Make outbound calls to follow up on maintenance agreements and appointments.
Accurately enter customer information into our system.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Qualifications
Minimum of three years of call center experience required.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
A strong phone presence and a customer-first mindset.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data entry skills.
Ability to work the required schedule:
Monday - Friday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Weekend rotation: Every other weekend required.
