Altor Solutions is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role ensures the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery, tools, and equipment while promoting safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to optimize maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee maintenance team operations across all shifts.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Manage maintenance budgets, including labor, parts, and external repairs.
• Ensure proper setup, removal, and storage of production molds.
• Oversee water treatment testing and reporting.
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and supervise contractor work for facility and equipment repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA and ISO standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (3-5 years).
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and maintenance planning systems.
• Experience with low-pressure boilers, air compressors, and forklifts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
