Gray Construction is currently looking for a Marketing Intern for its Lexington, KY office in Summer of 2025.

Who we want… (Requirements) 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear messaging. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. 
  • Interest in digital marketing, content creation, branding, and/or events. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proactive, eager to learn and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Hard worker who has an appetite for learning.

Qualifications



What we expect… (Essential Functions) 

  • Content & Branding Support: Assist with drafting, editing, and organizing marketing content for Gray’s digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the website. 
  • Project Milestone Coordination: Work with teams to gather, organize, and document project milestones to support content creation (e.g., photography, case studies, and promotional materials). 
  • Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market positioning to support strategic marketing initiatives. 
  • Website & Analytics Assistance: Help maintain and update key content on Gray’s website, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Assist in tracking marketing analytics and preparing reports. 
  • Internal Communications & Event Support: Assist in marketing-related internal communications, team updates, and event coordination efforts. 
  • Brand Merchandise Coordination: Support the ordering and distribution process of custom GrayWear items, collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.
