We’re searching for a Chicago-based Employer Brand Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, so that we can build RLDatix’s global reputation as an employer of choice. The Employer Brand Specialist will assist in designing and executing the employer brand strategy to attract and engage top talent, enhancing RLDatix’s visibility and appeal.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, and Marketing teams to create impactful content and campaigns that bring our employer brand to life.

  • Create and distribute engaging content for talent pipelines to maintain interest and connection with the RLDatix brand.

  • Support the implementation of a new ATS and CRM by crafting automated candidate communications for an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring proper branding, and optimizing the career site design.

  • Develop candidate toolkits to support recruiters throughout the interview process.

  • Design region-specific product materials to educate and engage candidates.

  • Develop and implement talent marketing campaigns to enhance RLDatix’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates, including job ads, employer recognition campaigns, and compelling LinkedIn messages.

  • Capture and share authentic employee stories, experiences, and testimonials to build trust and excitement about working at RLDatix.

  • Manage and create engaging content on RLDatix’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and the career site.

  • Gather insights from cross-functional teams to understand market needs and trends, ensuring our employer brand strategy is in tune with local and global dynamics.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Previous experience in employer branding or talent attraction is preferred.

  • Proven ability to create innovative, engaging content across social media platforms.

  • Skilled at stakeholder management, navigating ambiguity, and executing independently.

  • Technical proficiency in Canva, and Asana, along with strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Forms; knowledge of Hootsuite, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud are a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a global team and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
