Note: This position is under the operating Engineers union. Applicant will be required to join IUOE Local 9



Position Summary:



To operate a pickup Broom in the Denver Metro Area. Responsibilities include daily sweeping of multiple plant and job sites within the Denver area.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience operating a Pickup Broom (street sweeper)


• Self-starter and punctual. Willing and able to work weekends and nights as required.


• Safety focused and able to comply with applicable DOT rules and regulations.


• Able to perform and document a Pre and Post Trip Inspection.


• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus (cross-training is encouraged).


• Valid Class B CDL


• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen

Minimum Education and Experience

• Construction industry experience preferred


• Experience operating a Pickup Broom (street sweeper)


• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Salary Posting:
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $33.49+. Membership with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local Union No, 9 is required upon hire. Condition and terms of employment and benefits are in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. Apply Now
