Forklift Driver

Starting Rate: $17.00 to $19.55 depending upon experience

Work Hours: Days, 6:30a-3:00p

Location: 1799 Highway 50 East, Linn, MO 65051

As a Forklift Driver, you will:

• Operate of forklift, reach truck or bendy to move finished products to and from equipment and within a warehouse.
• Will load and unload semi-trailer trucks
• Perform safety and maintenance checks on equipment
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment
• Organize and assign space to best utilize warehouse and in-process materials.
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
• Receive training to help advance your career

Qualifications:

• Experience in operating all facets of a forklift and/or a reach truck
• Strong spatial ability and judgment
• Ability to recognize and maintain forklift load balance
• Ability to internalize storage area layout to be able to find and place items
• Ability to drive equipment safely in close quarters
• Ability to exert 35-50 lbs of force occasionally, 15 to 35 lbs of force routinely
• Ability to learn to use a warehouse management system
• Team work skills
