We are seeking a confident and organized individual for a temporary role supporting the Legal Talent Acquisition team. This role will start in April and end in September, with a pay range of $30-$38 per hour (DOE).
This role is hybrid in San Francisco
Must haves:
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Outlook (especially scheduling), Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must have some recruiting experience- internship okay, ideal 2+ years (experience in legal recruiting is a plus but not required)
Responsibilities:
Assist with law student and lateral recruiting processes
Manage candidate scheduling, interview logistics, and communications
Support the Summer Associate Program and coordinate events, evaluations, and travel
Maintain candidate and recruiting databases
Process expense reports and assist with administrative tasks

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
