About the Role:
Our manufacturing company in Davis, CA is seeking a Bilingual AP Coordinator to handle invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense management. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively in Spanish, ensuring smooth coordination with Spanish-speaking vendors and team members.
What You'll Do:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
Manage vendor payments and reconciliations in a timely manner
Communicate with Spanish-speaking vendors to resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end closing
Assist with expense reporting and compliance with financial policies
Collaborate with internal departments for smooth financial operations
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in manufacturing
Fluency in Spanish & English (written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of AP processes and invoice reconciliation
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar a plus)
