Customer Relations Coordinator / Service Coordinator

La Cañada, CA (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $21-$25/hr


A growing, family-owned business, is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator / Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who excels in managing service requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating technicians. As we prepare for our busiest season, we need someone who can adapt quickly and contribute to our continued success.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and text messages from customers seeking service or information.


• Troubleshoot service-related issues and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely resolutions.


• Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently.


• Manage high-volume text communication as the primary method of customer interaction.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.


• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a professional and positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and text.


• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.


• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage high-volume messaging efficiently.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or dispatching preferred.
