Heck Capital is in the process of establishing an office in Scottsdale Arizona and is seeking a qualified Wealth Advisor at the Senior Associate or Director level who will play a key role in our expansion. Heck Capital will develop the office around this position and others.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are an experienced advisor with greater than $25 million in portable advisory AUM
Have an active FINRA Series 65 or 66 license
Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) or CFA designation (preferred)
Desire to work in a fee-only advisory environment
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment that provides in-house investment advisory and planning services

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Wealth Advisor is an integral part of the Wealth Advisory team. The team is responsible for providing financial guidance to families, individuals, and institutions regarding their portfolios and investment strategies. We are seeking a candidate that is highly motivated, has a positive attitude, willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to grow and take on new tasks and assignments.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
Develop personalized financial plans tailored to the unique goals and risk tolerance of clients
Stay informed on industry trends, financial products, and economic conditions to provide clients with up-to-date insights
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service and ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively
Conduct portfolio reviews and make recommendations on the markets to optimize performance in line with client objectives
Monitor and manage clients' investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals and market conditions
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards when providing financial advice to clients
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
Series 65 examination is required
Advanced designations, or ability to work toward these designations, such as CFA, CIMA, CIPM preferred.
Knowledge/familiarity with markets and investments.
Ensures confidentiality with respect to all information pertaining to clients and potential clients.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Adobe suite of products and the ability to learn and adapt to changes in technology.
Posses a commitment to professionalism, honesty, and strong work ethic.
