Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for an Electrical Engineering Manager for their Springfield MO facility.
Ideal candidate is a 3-5 year professional with strong Leadership experience. Family oriented and looking for long-term establishment in a company with lots of growth opportunity.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (especially within industries such as industrial equipment or custom systems) is highly preferred, and will give you a huge advantage over other candidates!
Compensation: $125,000-150,000
What You Will Do:
Heavy leadership role focused on managing and overseeing engineering activities related to the design, development, and implementation of company systems. Will lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee the design, development and delivery of custom systems, ensuring adherence to customer specifications and project timelines.
Continuously evaluate and enhance engineering processes to increase efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored, effective solutions.
Ensure all systems and designs meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations through rigorous testing and validation.
Education and Work Experience:
At least 4 years of US Military experience required
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
3-5 years of experience in leadership & project management roles, and relevant industry experience required
Strong technical knowledge of the design, development and testing of controls automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, etc.)
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (preferably within industries like industrial equipment or custom systems)
