An established and stable, owner managed organization in Garden City are looking to hire an FP&A Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be to act as the main figure head across the accounting and finance department with a focus on all elements of operational, strategic and annual close processes.
The salary on offer is up to $130,000 per annum plus benefits which includes 401K, healthcare package (medical, dental and visual), insurances and generous PTO.
The duties of the FP&A Manager will be to partner the CEO and department heads within an established hospitality organization. The CEO is looking for an individual who can be a value add across the business by reviewing reporting and dashboard capabilities, building relationships with department heads as well as acting as a number 2 to the CEO to deliver budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements. Whilst this is a commercially focused position, there are accounting responsibilities which will include completing monthly close processes, being hands on with operational finance tasks and preparation of annual audit process.
To be considered for the position of FP&A Manager, applicants will need to have a blended skillset and experience across the finance and accounting world. Demonstrable experience of building meaningful relationships is a must have requirement along with exceptional Excel skills. Experience within a hospitality, events or leisure focused organization would be highly desired but not essential.
This is an opportunity for an established finance professional who has experience of working within small to mid market organizations, to step into a number one in finance opportunity. Whilst there is accounting responsibilities, 75% of the position will be focused around FP&A tasks.
