About the Role:
The Revenue Cycle Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the financial processes of our practice, ensuring that all aspects of the revenue cycle are managed efficiently and effectively. This position is responsible for optimizing revenue generation through accurate billing, collections, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The manager will lead a team to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and enhance the overall patient experience related to financial transactions. By analyzing financial data and trends, the Revenue Cycle Manager will provide strategic insights to senior management, contributing to the organization's financial health. Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in healthcare revenue cycle management (e.g., CRCR, CHFP).
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and revenue cycle management software.
