Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, handling emails, and supporting various projects. Other duties include data entry, organizing files, conducting research, and maintaining communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Administrative skills, including scheduling appointments, handling emails, and data entry
Excellent organizational skills, file management, and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in conducting research and gathering information
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Experience with healthcare or related industries is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent applications
