Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage Captifi's Data and Analytics tools to enhance CRM organization and personalize client outreach.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • 1-3+ years of experience in health insurance sales
  • Active insurance license required
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management
  • Critical thinking and analytical abilities for coverage and underwriting analysis
  • Active listening skills to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Proven ability to build relationships, grow pipelines, and close sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits products, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
