Location: Middleburg, FL

Salary: $17.00 USD Hourly - $18.00 USD Hourly

Description: Judge Healthcare is seeking a Medical Records Technician in Middleburg, FL for one of our biggest clients!



Location: Middleburg, FL 32068



Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM



Responsibilities: The HIM Technician is responsible for supporting medical records processes through various clerical and technical duties. These include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing, scanning, and indexing documents
  
  


• Operating imaging equipment and maintaining registry data
  
  


• Managing tasks at the front desk
  
  


• Assisting with DNFB/CNFC processes
  
  


• Retrieving and reconciling documents and accounts
  
  

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and comfort with prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of confidentiality practices and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
  
  


• Prior hospital experience
  
  


• Proficiency with PCC systems
  
  


• Experience in medical records management
  
  


• Strong customer service skills
