We are currently looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in Minneapolis, MN. The Compensation Analyst will assist with the development, implementation and administration of compensation plans, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead or participate in a variety of total rewards projects. Build project plans and ensure adherence to schedules.

  • Administer compensation within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage the salary survey process, including research, analysis, and reporting to align our compensation strategy with market trends.

  • Oversee the salary survey system (Payfactors). Ensure proper data and reporting to accurately market- price positions.

  • Assist with year-end bonus process, including merit, bonus, and restricted compensation processes.

  • Support restricted compensation management including quarterly reconciliation, termination process and management of milestone equity program.

  • Participate in projects such as job architecture, pay equity, pay transparency and system conversions to enhance our compensation framework.

  • Keep up-to-date on changes in the financial services industry and ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years' experience in compensation analysis or a related role.

  • CCP certification (or similar) preferred.

  • Knowledge of compensation practices, salary survey methodologies, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficiency in HCM systems and analytical tools (experience with Payfactors is a plus).

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high performance, growth-oriented environment.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with business partners across all levels of the organization.

  • Project management skills preferred.

  • Proficient with MS Office with very strong Excel skills.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
