Your main responsibilities will include:
Qualifying and nurturing leads and within our existing accounts and new prospects
Managing a high volume of opportunities and transactional sales while representing your role in our team "value added" sales approach
Proactively maintain communication via outbound contacts (phone calls and email) on a daily basis
Assessing prospects' needs within the broad HBK physical properties application scope
Interacting with customers in marketing promotions and events
Professional qualifications
ME or EE degree or other technical degree in an engineering or physical science discipline strongly preferred
Working knowledge and/or experience selling one or more of the following: acoustics, sound/vibration measurement, instrumentation, test and measurement products, sensors; the ideal candidate will have experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Acoustics or Test Measurement.
Must be self-motivated, organized and have the ability to handle numerous parallel tasks and projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical ability to learn diverse product line a must
Ability and experience in demonstrating technical products
Candidates with experience dealing with system integrators, heavy equipment, agriculture, electric power measurement or motor/inverter industries a plus.
Successful history working from home office with minimal supervision is a plus
