Purpose:
To provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit on a temporary basis. Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.

Essential Functions:
Essential functions are standardized. Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
