The HR Business Partner supports our employee relations, talent lifecycle, organization design, performance management, and employee & leadership development to ensure the business has the right level of talent to strategically meet the needs of the business. This role will provide support for an assigned client group, in conjunction with the HR Director. We are looking for someone with an aptitude and desire to live and work in a data-driven culture, that through partnership with HR Centers of Excellence (benefits, talent acquisition, HRIS, and compensation) meets the needs of employees and the business.
Responsibilities
Drives employee relations. Meets with associates on an individual or group basis to communicate information, resolve issues and promote understanding of policies, procedures, pay, and benefits.
Promotes a culture within the organization of respect and value of associate's feedback and concerns. Works to reinforce and act as a role model pertaining to company ethics, philosophy, and communicated messages.
Continually analyzes data and prepares recommendations for improvement opportunities.
Provides reporting and summarizes data to support HR and Business Leaders.
Works closely with HR leadership in the implementation of company-wide programs and initiatives such as performance management and workforce planning.
Champions employee engagement to improve team dynamic, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Advises managers pertaining to company policies and practices and best practices pertaining to coaching and mentoring, communications, interpersonal and group behavior, etc.
Supports the recruiting process to meet current or anticipated staffing needs in assigned areas. Facilitates recruiting reporting for assigned areas. This includes the requisition and posting process, interviewing and screening candidates in partnership with hiring managers.

Requirements
Bachelors degree, Business or Human Resources preferred
2+ years' experience in human resources
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS and timekeeping software
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
HR Certification preferred
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Handles confidential information with sensitivity and compliance to company policies
