Role Summary: The Manager, In-Store Marketing will be responsible for the creative development, management and activation of in-store marketing efforts across the full Xfinity Retail footprint, which includes Xfinity Stores and Branded Partner stores, in support of our annual Plan of Record. The successful candidate will have a focus on creative execution and will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to meet subscriber growth and revenue targets. Partnership and collaboration with key teams is critical for the success of this role and involves working closely with others to communicate, coordinate, and deliver high-impact campaigns and programs. Working closely with the Director of In-Store Marketing, the Manager will play a key role in developing and executing in-store marketing initiatives at Retail that elevate the customer experience and drive business performance.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:


  • Manage the creative development process and end-to-end creative execution for in-store marketing campaigns across print and digital signage, driving alignment with business goals and brand standards, in close collaboration with the Program Management team to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

  • Manage creative reviews and feedback processes for all in-store creative, ensuring creative is on-brand, on-message, and delivered within established timelines. Work in partnership with the Program Management team to streamline reviews and approvals.

  • Oversee and manage the creation and timely updates of in-store promotional materials supporting Xfinity Mobile promos, NOW Mobile promos and Xfinity Rewards promos

  • Develop detailed creative briefs for in-store marketing initiatives. Lead kick-off meetings with creative teams and project management teams.

  • Coordinate the daily activities of the creative development process, collaborating with the in-house creative team, Program Management, Retail Marketing Execution, GTM, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

  • Coordinate legal reviews and the approval process for all in-store creative

  • Manage network content submissions and approval processes, ensuring materials meet the required legal and brand guidelines

  • Develop creative materials in support of merchandising displays and fixtures

  • Support the Director in analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimization

  • Lead and manage additional creative projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of marketing experience, ideally within the cable, telecommunications, retail, technology, or major consumer goods industries, or with a full-service agency.
