Our client, a leading technology advisory firm, is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payroll processes for U.S. and Canadian employees. This role requires experience with payroll systems, tax compliance, and attention to detail. While mostly remote, occasional in-office visits to Norwood, MA are a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. (175 employees) and Canadian (25 employees) teams.
Maintain accurate payroll records, including new hires and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial tax regulations.
Handle payroll-related tax filings and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data processing.
Support year-end reporting and tax filing processes.
Qualifications:
7+ years of payroll experience.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required.
Knowledge of U.S. state and Canadian provincial tax regulations strongly preferred.
