We're seeking a motivated Process Engineer to drive innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with a strategic focus on serving key industries such as automotive, electronics, and aerospace.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a medium to large production team, fostering collaboration and growth.
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce scrap.
Manage strategic capital investments, production schedules, and design reviews.
Promote safety, quality, and 5S practices while building strong relationships across teams.
Tackle complex problems using data-driven methodologies (PDCA) and implement systems to prevent recurring issues.
Oversee productivity improvements, time studies, and line balancing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in automotive, electronics, or aerospace sectors.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen, 5S, and PDCA methodologies.
Experience with production scheduling, design reviews, and capital investment planning.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manage Bills of Materials (BOM).
Familiarity with time studies, line balancing, and process optimization.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills, using data-driven approaches to resolve complex issues.
Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
