Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Structural Steel Project Manager to join our team. This dynamic role requires a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently manage multiple tasks across several projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the structural steel portion of commercial and industrial construction projects from award to final delivery.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, general contractors, site subcontractors, steel detailers, and shop leaders to ensure project success.
• Maintain and track project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and interpret contract documents.
• Identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Utilize construction software and Microsoft Office tools to maintain project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Bluebeam required.
• Experience with Tekla PowerFab preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track of details.

Compensation:
• $38 - $45 per hour (DOE)
