Computer World Services Corporation (CWS) is seeking an exceptional candidate to serve as Cloud Cybersecurity Defense Manager. Candidate will perform Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities required to ensure availability, cybersecurity, and authenticity of Identity Management (IdM) services. Monitor applications and system processes to ensure compliant and functional optimization. Update existing rules, policies, permissions, connectors, and scripts to further enable and automate the organization-specific digital/cyber task and suspense management processes per mission partner. Provide Tier II through Tier III cyber support, perform configuration modifications and corrections as required, and work with other stakeholders to resolve onboarding daily issues as well as account transition access compliance. Monitor logs daily reporting on suspicious activity including security incidents such as unauthorized configuration changes, failed access attempts and escalation of privileges including prevention of privilege creep. Provide technical subject matter expertise to design, develop, configure, test, O&M and securing IT application's IdM on respective networks. Complete IA documentation as required by Agency Policy in order to support ATO submissions for all IdM systems including system-to-system access and communication.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ability to perform log analysis, use of IDS, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), and/or other signature technologies.

• Provides 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting support for security applications and appliances.

• Provides threat and vulnerability analysis security advisory services.

• Performs information security assessments or audits of internal networks and systems.

• Serves as team lead for the Contractor's Level 1 and Level 2 Cyber Defense Analysts.

• Assists in the expansion and growth of the Cloud Cybersecurity Defense Center.

• Collaborates with client technical teams for issue resolution and mitigation.

• Integrates information and network security solutions.

• Analyzes various methods of controlling information security problems, determines the strengths and weaknesses of each method, and implements the Government chosen solution.

• Identifies weak links in information security products and determine how to mitigate the control deficiencies.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree

Certifications

• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level III - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• Foundational Cloud Certification

• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification or equivalent

Security Clearance

• Active TOP SECRET

• Ability to obtain SCI clearance; previous DoD SCI desired
