Your new role
As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:
Manage the financial reporting for real estate development
Maintain general ledgers including posting revenues and expenses
Prepare bank accounting reconciliations
Maintain record keeping for all entities
Review monthly invoicing
Manage junior team members
Assist in providing tax documents and any ad hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
CPA or on track for CPA
5 years of accounting experience
Real Estate Development accounting experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
