Job Description:A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee multifamily projects in the Arcadia, Monrovia, and Rancho Cucamonga areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the multifamily sector.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.


• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.


• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.


• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.


• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.


• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily projects.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.


• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
