Our client, a thriving multidisciplinary firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Design, Engineering, or Survey industries, along with a deep understanding of regional market trends and business development. Strong skills in client relationships and driving sales are essential. This full-time position is located in Vancouver, WA.
Pay range: $120,000 - $160,000

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead teams in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, ranging from civil engineering to landscape architecture
Manage large, complex projects, ensuring delivery within budget and on time
Oversee all phases of project life cycle, integrating project management practices
Coordinate schedules, budgets, and quality standards with team members
Collaborate with finance team to ensure project financial health
Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to marketing efforts
Enforce quality control procedures to ensure top-tier outcomes
Leadership and Staff Development:
Mentor and guide staff, supporting career growth and professional development
Assist in recruitment, retention, and staff management, including performance reviews and workload distribution
Supervise staff, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality work
Business Development:
Support strategic planning, market research, and business development efforts
Cultivate client relationships and assist in proposal development
Lead client interactions, contract negotiations, and project scopes
Work with senior leadership to drive key growth initiatives
Requirements:
12+ years of relevant experience
Strong communicator and self-motivated leader
Experienced in managing remote teams and meeting deadlines
Established network in western Oregon and Washington
2+ years of leadership experience
Ability to travel and build relationships
Proven ability to manage complex projects and secure new business
Experience with federal agencies and state/local governments
